Reiki + Meditation Course [6 weeks] - Mum & Bub

This is a one hour session per week for 6 weeks.

Miriam will give you a temporarily Reiki attunement to enable you to either give yourself or your child Reiki [the child must accompanying you to the session].  

Either a mindful or guided meditation session will also be incorporated.

Group numbers are strictly limited as are who may be brought to your session with you.

Sessions that allow another person to accompany you are designed as "Mum & Bub", "Mum & Toddler" or "Mum & Pre-schooler" sessions. They are particularly aimed at helping alleviate anxiety and creating calm in both Mother and child during times of rapid change and development.

Individual group sessions available:
Baby Bump & Mama pre-natal 
Minding Mama

Teens - de-stress
Mixed Adults [females & males].
